Consular legalization service?– is made to converse a document issued by Russian official body into a document ratified by the official bodies abroad. In fact, it becomes legal for the target country official bodies, such as universities, registering agencies, courts, marriage registration departments and other state bodies.

Consular legalization is not need in following cases:

1) the body you appealed for does not need you to provide it
2) if Russia and the target country concluded an agreement which cancelling the neccesity of concular legalization;

3) whenever consular legalization is impossible for this very type of document.

Consular legalization is made if the target country is not a member-country of the Hague Convention (in this case apostilles is needed- and we also can do it easily!).
